You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I create a Lincoln Maids Account?

Simple! Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email from our team asking you to log in an confirm your email address. This will then activate your Lincoln Maids Account and you can make changes to your cleaning, reschedule it, or cancel it.

Do you service my area?

We probably do! We currently service most of Los Angeles County and North Orange County. If you do not see your city listed on our "Service Area" page, please email us to request that we begin service in your area. It's that simple.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A basic cleaning consists of wiping down all vertical and horizontal surfaces throughout your entire house. We'll dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, take out the trash, and make your home in tip top shape.

How much will it cost?

Our prices are based on a sliding scale that is determined by how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. We won't waste your time by coming out to give you a quote. Our goal is to simplify this process for you and make it so simple that this will be the last thing you worry about during your busy life.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

Yes. Our cleaning teams will come fully prepared. If you have any special requests on certain cleaning supplies (such as all-natural or green products only), please note this when you book with us.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. During check out you will have the option to add on extras such as dish washing, laundry services, and other special requests.

Absolutely. Your information is guaranteed safe. We utilize Stripe Payment Service who provide a safe and secure 256-bit SSL Encrypted Payment. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee that our service will exceed your expectations. If for whatever reason there is an issue, we'll simply come back to your home and fix the issue free of charge.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is simple. You can cancel your appointment at anytime up until 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. After that there is a $45 cancelation fee.
