Our prices are based upon the size of your home. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is how we base our pricing model. Furthermore, we firmly believe that your home is better served when the people cleaning it are paid fairly. That is why every cleaner that works with us is paid a fair wage that is well above the required minimum by law.
Every additional Bath is $20 additional. For example, a 2 Bed 2 Bath home is priced at $159.00 We also have the ability to charge by the hour. There is a 2 hour minimum and the rate is $35 per hour per cleaner. A team of two cleaners for 3 hours will cost $150.00 Lastly, we offer discounts for customers who book recurring cleanings with us. Those discounts are calculated on the total price of the cleaning. For example, a 2 Bed 2 Bath home would normally cost $159 for a standard cleaning. However, if a customer books bi-weekly, they receive a 15% discount.
